Our Buschenschank
The “Buschenschank” (Bush tavern; named after the bush or bundle of twigs the innkeepers hang above the door to indicate they’re open) is the fulfilment of our father’s dream. We would like to continue to share the values, the taste and part of our culture, that was important back then too, with all our guests. We want to offer an authentic “Eisacktal” experience for all the senses!
