Price conditions and discounts

When sharing the parents’ room with two full-paying adults:

• Children up to 3 years: free of charge

• Children from 4 to 12 years: 50% discount

• Children from 13 to 14 years: 20% discount

​

Included in the price: bedding, hand and bath towels, TV.

Since 01.01.2014 we are required to charge a tourist tax of 2,60 € for all guests over 14, per person and night.

Children’s discounts

Children up to 2 years stay for free.
Children under 12 years pay only 50%.

 

Pets

For your four-legged family member we charge 15€ per stay.

Please bring the pet`s basket or blanket with you.

 

Surcharge and terms of payment

Payment: Paying by cash on-site is preferred!

Since 6th December 2011, by decree-law Nr. 201/2011 in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts over 999,99 € in cash. The following means of payment are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

 

Arrival and departure conditions

Arrival: Between 2pm and 4pm. If your arrival time should differ, please let us know.

Departure: We ask our guests to vacate their room by 10 am. The reason is the organisation between farm work and newly arriving guests. Should you need a little longer, simply inform us in time. Just because the room needs to be vacated, it doesn’t mean the holiday is over.

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

By confirming the booking, the guest agrees to the following conditions:

• up to 2 months before arrival: free of charge

• up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total amount

• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total amount

• up to 2 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount

• 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount
